From compassion to connection.
Providing time and space to empower
By providing time and space to heal and be authentically themselves, we empower our students to first recognise and then fulfil their potential as cherished members of society. We do it by boosting their self-esteem, self-belief and long-term resilience, and by giving them the knowledge and skills for shaping and living the life they aspire to. Above all, we want every learner to not just understand they have choice and control in their life, but to actually feel it too. The results of that can be amazing.
For us, it is not simply academic
Alongside academic achievement, social and emotional support are central to the Spring offer. We are dedicated to supporting students to meet like minded peers, make friends, improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. Careful consideration and support is provided for students' next steps, whether that’s college or employment, or supporting a transition back into full-time education.
Our results speak for themselves
In the previous academic year, 89% of students sitting their GCSEs achieved grades 4-9. 100% of students achieved grades 3-9.
Our academic results are only a small part of our success story. Equally celebrated are the small wins, whether that’s making it into our space, increasing attendance and engagement, as well as the bigger wins of learning compassion for yourself, beginning a healing process, or thinking more positively about your future.
